Mini Camp

For soon-to-be Kindergarteners

Camp Summerset Mini Camp is a full-day camp (9:00 am to 3:00 pm) for children who are four or five years old and entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2019!   Mini Camp introduces your child to the school/camp environment.

Campers remain primarily with one Somerset Elementary Kindergarten teacher, along with dedicated counselors, for the entire day while participating in a variety of engaging and educational activities, such as...

  • arts & crafts
  • storytelling & drama
  • science
  • music
  • sports & games
  • water play
  • and other indoor and outdoor activities!

Mini Campers eat lunch every day at camp between 11:30 and 12:30 in our school cafeteria and go to the wading pool at the Somerset Town Pool two times per week!

All three sessions are taught based on a two-week curriculum, but you are always more than welcome to register your child for just one week of any session.
